Integrated Measurement System Of Engine Connecting Rod

The paper has studied the methods of the computer aided measurement for the engine connecting rod, based on measured parameters and shape, and the characteristics of Integrated Measurement System (IMS), including electrical measurement and pneumatic measurements. Evaluation methods of the measurement systems were studied.This paper studied for integrated measurement system (IMS) of the engine connecting rod is mainly divided as:(1) The establishment of equations for each parameter to be measured.(2) Hardware and software design of measurement systems, including the sensor, pneumatic electric converters, measuring amplifier and measuring computer programs.(3) Evaluation for the accuracy of measurement system.The measurement systems can complete the measure of engine connecting rod parameters, and make statistical analysis of measure results, give measurement results and Assessing Process Capability protokoll. All measured data can be stored in the database, and can be retrieved and printed at any time. It ensure traceability of the measurement results. This system meets the requirements of various examinations.
