The use of the framework, developers can build cross-platform, secure, reliable transaction processing and support enterprise-class application solutions. WCF is Microsoft's distributed application development synthesizer, which incorporates many existing distributed technology, is Microsoft's distributed development technologies and service-oriented architecture core.The issue of relying on SouFun Real Estate Information System project, according to the information distribution system characteristics and the actual needs of the real estate market is proposed based on WCF for distributed system architecture, and finally completed the design and implementation of information systems to achieve of existing data resources and the effective integration of system functions to the goal.Firstly, on the windows of several commonly used distributed platform technology development, application, advantages and disadvantages discussed. On this basis, compared with the WCF technology, proposed use of WCF features and advantages of technology development of distributed applications. Then studied the service model of WCF, the host system and the communication model, analyze its technical characteristics and work. In the WCF service model based on the proposed multi-layer based on B/S structure of the WCF service development model to analyze the WCF service architecture system development model and implementation method. By analyzing real estate information system user needs, combined with the current project the distribution of available resources to complete the design and implementation of a distributed system, which focuses on the technology to build distributed development using WCF service methods to achieve the realization of integration of resources and operating procedures.
