Inertial navigation accelerometer is one of the important inertial instruments in the inertial system and its precision will directly influence the precision of inertial system.Under the ideal condition, the output of accelerometer shall be in proportion to the specific force of input. But actually,errorin measurement will be caused inevitably due to many disturbing factors.On one hand, the imperfect structure of accelerometer will cause error;on the other hand, error may occur due to the working environment and condition of the accelerometer.For the existing accelerometer, the research in rule of influence of its working environment and condition is an important method of improving accelerometer test and use precision. Among the various environmental factors that in fluence the precision of accelerometer,the influence of temperature shall not be neglected the important wok of this paper is the designed temperature control system of the accelerometer, and the accelerometer output is improved accuracy.According to the requirements of the accelerometer temperature control system,the paper firstly covers the design of the structure of the system and the design of the temperature samaple signal circuit, the temperature control circuit,the monitor circuit of temperature control system,the interface circuit of D/A, the serial communications,and DSP peripheral circuit.Secondly, for the accelerometer temperature control system with long time-delay and hard established mathematics model, the Fuzzy-PID control method that takes fuzzy adjustment to the PID parametersis used, which includes the advantages of PID control and Fuzzy control and has good anti-interferenceability.Finally, According to the design and analysis of the structure and the hardware circuit of the accelerometer temperature control system, with CCS for development environment, using C language, the paper develops drivers software based on DSP; for test and application of the system, then with Lab Windows/CVI for development environment, the paper develops test platform.The temperature-control experiment and high/low temperature test results show that this control system can meet the accuracy requirements of quick starting, output stability,etc. So that,the design of the temperature control system, control the temperature of accelerometer is an efficient way to enhance the accuracy of accelerometer.
