The object of study in this paper is a large spaceborne deployable antenna, which has features that the size is small when folded and in dozens of sizes when expanded, the working process can not intervene,the working conditions is poor in space and so on. The antenna is required to be reliably spread and maintain the shape surface accuracy. Therefore, it needs to be traced when expanding for understanding of the process characteristics for real-time analysis and control. In this paper, by measuring its expansion process in terms of photographic methods, the structure model of the folded antenna can be measured through the image processing in order to analysis their motion characteristics.First of all, parallel binocular stereo vision measurement technology is used in this paper. VRML are used to simulate two cameras whose optical axis are parallel, it can simplify the camera calibration and image matching. The sign points used as photogrammetry collected data points are located in the Joints of the antenna to reduce the amount of data and improve analysis speed.A new metrical method is presented in this paper - based on the three-dimensional measurement and motion measurement of the design model. Through the establishment of the antenna structure model as a prior knowledge by means of ADAMS Virtual language and photogrammetric data matching. So it can greatly improve the search speed of the feature points and matching accuracy.In order to analyze the characteristics of the process of exercise, a motion analysis method based on prior knowledge is used to analyze the motion of multiple moving point targets in this paper. The comparison between simulation experiments and results of the calculation ADAMS and analysis of movement parameters show the feasibility and rapidity of the algorithm which can achieve real-time measurement based on the commencement of the process of motion analysis and achieve the target point of the amendment motion parameters.Through measuring the three-dimensional and motion of the unfolding process of a large satellite antenna, this article studies a method based on the measurement and analyse of the design model and adopts a new method which can be used to measure and analyze the motion of couples of moving points targets. It presents a reference for the measurments and analysis of the deployable antennas.
