Abstract/Summary:
With the development of science and technology, productivity greatly improved, we are familiar with the intelligent products in our daily life, especially, in Aerospace, Aviation, and Navigation field, and others such as exploration, environmental monitoring and so on. The robot takes place of human being who is in dangerous condition to work, check and other activities. Not only according dangerous also saving human resource, saving cost. So intelligent products have bright future and are greatly received by society soon or later.This paper talks AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) and this system is widely used in the factory, assembly line, warehouse, and railway stations etc. A lot of AGVs can be seen in terminal, railway stations in some foreign countries. It is easily combined with transport unit to form computer-controlled warehouse or automated logistics system. this kind of vehicles has some excellent characters: wide range services, long transport lines, flexible, safe, low cost and automatic operation, it is a good application of robot.In order to improve AGV performance, we equip one wireless module for each AGV, just because of this, every AGV can know other around AGV's state and itself condition, to send all of AGVs'data to monitor terminal then the manager just need to decide whether some AGVs charging others or not.Taking into account above mentioned, the author proposes his own circuit to solve those problems, and to import great novel in his circuit, not only can finish all requirements of GOCW also contain feed circuit directly support WHM-3 and WHM-X, future production of Yamauchi lab. Meanwhile syncretize with previous production WHM-2, WHM-1. It is adapting simple idea and casual electric components that solving demands of GOCW on reasonable price and energy consumption.
