| The rapid development of Li-Ion battery makes demands of its industrial capacity and high quality battery testing system. With the scarcity of electric power and high-cost of battery testing system, they have gravely affected the development of the battery industry in China. This paper, according to the features of Li-Ion battery, based on the fuzzy control technology, presents the design of ZL620 Li-Ion battery integrated testing system. It can achieve auto-testing and auto-sorting for Li-Ion battery. Also it has some advantages such as the returning-energy and low-cost, etc.The system adopts a principal-subordinate structure, TMS320LF2407 DSP as the core processor, single chip computer as the subordinate processor. It is used for monitoring and controlling the timely process of Li-Ion battery formation and testing. The run results show it has such advantages as intelligence, high-accuracy, high-dependability, and low-price etc. It is appropriate for the large-scale testing of Li-Ion battery.This paper mainly recounts the research and design of a Li-Ion battery testing system. The principle of battery testing, the structure and capability of the system are all introduced. It emphasizes the characteristics of the hardware and software, which included independence control, the technology of recycled energy, fuzzy control, digital filter etc. |
