RS codes with burst error and random error correcting capacity,from putting forward to the present,have been applied in many different fields,but in different areas different RS codes are used.Different RS codecs are used in different backgrounds.In order to make the RS codec can be suit in different blackgrounds.In this paper,RS encoding and decoding circuits through the look-up table are realized in the Galois field.Based on this the relate problem of the RS codec that can be configured is realised,enable the codec can compile a variety of different types of truncated length in different RS codes with resource-sharing.Turbo in the wireless communications due to high coding gain,has been widely used.CTC is used in the 802.16e physical layer coding,the circulation states are derived.C language simulation for encoding and decoding of the CTC is carried out,infering the algorithms Log_MAP and MAX_Log_MAP of Turbo code.The performance contrasts and the analysises in the simulation to the Log_MAP algorithm and MAX_Log_MAP are made.Parallel block decoding can be used to solve the delay for Turbo code,but it needs to redecode the overlapping parts of the blocks.As the 802.16e cycle-encoding characteristic of the CTC,and based on block decoding of the CTC,the paper proposes an improved method of block coding to reduce the number of the overlapping parts of the redecode,and its simulation attests:the performance is almost the same.
