All the sensors and control systems need to go through to obtain the raw data. As the degree of automation and complexity of the system increasing, it increases the demand in the sensor's accuracy, reliability, and response speed. The traditional sensor has single and large volume, features and its performance and working capacity have been unable to meet a variety of test requirements. For this reason, this thesis researches the topic of intelligent solid-state pressure sensor manufacturing technology.This thesis describes the intelligent sensor network design, improving the accuracy of the sensor could be achieved through the microprocessor software and hardware compensation method to intelligent pressure sensor. To the multi-function, high-precision, digital, intelligent, modular, small lightweight direction, obtained a more nearly perfect and an ideal control system. and proposed a network-based intelligent sensor design. The program study principle of a network-based smart pressure sensor structure design and realize a network-based smart pressure sensor system hardware design, network-based intelligent sensor intelligent software design. Experimental results show that: The system has high accuracy, strong function of the characteristics of small size, suitable for aviation, marine, chemical and other establishments.
