Safety is undoubtedly one of the most important factors in the modern life. With the deeper realization and much more demands on safety, considering the safety as an individual has failed to meet the requirement of modern production. The safety correlation is needed to further consider.Safety correlation is to express the impact on enterprises-to-enterprises, enterprises–to-surrounding environment by numerical methods. It overcomes the safety deficiency on the evaluation of the large scale complicated constituents, and improves the accuracy and credibility in industrial park by applying the relevance theory. But in the analysis of large-scale projects which involves a wide range of projects, it is very difficult to achieve just depending on manual analysis. To provide information for the final decision, computer-aided system is applied to deal with large amounts of datas, simplify the analytical process and express the relationships among different enterprises with graphics.The safety correlation theory and calculations were stated in detail and improved on the basis of original calculation model in order to close to reality. According to the characteristics of correlation calculation model, the risk-prone and explosion-prone, gas leakage, the seriousness of an accident were analyzed as an individual model using MATLAB program. The complicated procedure and the calculation process were hidden in the background by using graphical user interface functions of MATLAB in the entire system, which is very simple and clear for the user. Then the procedure was checked with an instance to verify the feasibility of the program and algorithms. Finally, the advantage and disadvantage are analyzed, the development prospect is previewed.
