At present, the manufacture of knitted sweater has been transformed form "labor-intensive type" to "technology-intensive type", to build rapid response mechanism with the help of compute information technology for wool production enterprises will be an important method to optimize enterprises supply chain management and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. With the large scale of application of the computer kintted machine, the production efficiency has been improved highly. However, the computer kintted machine is a kind of exact equipments, it is difficult tobe repaired once it is down. Building a remote malfunction diagnosis system which is easy to use will support the enterprise greatly. Meanwhile, the development of E-commerce based on Internet and distributed components developing technology will also create a sound foundation for the service in knitted sweater online-custom.The research is based on the remote online diagnosis system. The system is connected with woolen sweater production system and web service through internet so that woolen sweater production system is diagnosis on line.The study task is to collect the information about type, speed, temperature and others. These information will fill in database, then we devise a long-distance diagnose system is based on the expert system. The control computer can supervise machines through Internet. And the user can see the information by the Web Pages. The system uses illegibility arithmetic to finish the consequence and supervise, forecast and diagnose machines. At last records will be filled in the database. Meanwhile, because the remote diagnosis system will be deployed on Internet and the malfunction data and information is needed to be transmitted by the network well and truly, the paper also designs the net deployment policy to assure it.In technically, the system uses the Sun ONE architecture and J2EE/EJB distributed framework and MVC design pattern. The using of Web Services makes it possible to connect different enterprises on different areas via Internet to share the information resource, thus can realize the remote malfunction diagnosis.The system is made by ASP technology .It's easy to learn and use. User can increase ability if needed. The system is suit to common factories.
