Research And Application Of The Resource Management System Of The Core Network

With the incessant expansion of telecom network, more and more new services have appeared. At the same time, people's demands of network quality increases constantly. So it becomes difficult and costly to manage and maintain the network. In order to simplify the workload and reduce operating costs, a Mobile Integrated Network Management System is proposed in this paper. This system provides a centralized operation and maintenance platform, from which the operators can finish the daily work of the switching network easily and efficiently.In this paper, by reasonably analyzing actual situation in Shanghai Mobile and considering the core network resource management as a key, we determine the purpose of system development. Then, we expound the system composition and implementation pattern step by step, involving resource allocation, resource query, resource verification etc. We propose a solution according to the goal of core network resource scheduling. After confirming customer groups and its composition, we divide the system into several functional modules and design them separately, giving the application data flow and ER diagram.The structure life cycle method is adopted for the system design, the prototype method for system implementation. Our system can handle the plenty of resource coordination and increase accuracy of management data while decreasing the system workload, effectively supporting the rapid network construction.
