Design And Conceptualization Of The Management And Service System For College And University Alumni

With the rapid development of computer and network technology, the Internet has been involved in the world, the society is advancing informationization, the role of Auto IT is growing. So we release from the complex affairs to improve the work efficiency. Alumni management and service system has come into being as a convenient link among the alumni, so the alumni association come into being as a practical system to be convenient for schoolmate's contact. It provides a comprehensive and standardize service and management to promote the feelings between alumni and alma to contact. Through the perfect alumni association offering service and the norm management , it can attain the purpose of increasing the affection with other schoolmates and mother school and the convenience for the contact of schoolmate. And also it enhances the visibility and influence of the school and develop the school.The thesis introduced the demonstration site of database management website and the process of structural and behavioral design and overall idea and database and functionality module design in detail. This paper mainly introduce the project argument of database management website, construction characteristic design and the implement process of behavior characteristics. The information sources are divided into two parts: first, it provides Excel table and turns into MySQL by technical means. Second, the user can directly add and post it out after the administrator's examination in the website. The system contains six modules: dynamic information, picture information,alumni community,service platform, alumni donations and communications. During the entire process, it gives full consideration to the security of the database, consistency, stability and has s strong practical effect and powerful functions. The design process of whole system considered the safety, consistency, stability of the database well with the dependable and sexual problem, and it have the stronger practical function, make user complete the mighty function in friendly operation interface.The Technology and Business University of Beijing alumni management service system has built a systematic project, which involved the module settings, database creation, information collection, information update, network maintenance, etc. It needs a close cooperation, active participation and reponsible organization for planning and implementation.In addition, there are also a range of issues to studied and resolved. For instance,the latter maintenance, website promotion among the teachers, students and alumni.The article will introduce the theory of alumni management service system in the celebration and give logical framework of the unversities. It also insights into design idea and method of front and back office mangement procedures manifestations in the Technology and business university of Beijing alumni management service system and does some research about the practical development and application.In the article, it decribes the planning,module setting and actual operational methods of Technology and Business University of Beijing alumni management service system, logical relationships among the modules as well as the dependence and relative independence of each module. It studies the status and role of each module system and analyzes the effect in the practical application. The main program of the alumni management service system will be built based on the result of information analysis.In addition, it elaborates the reason why it uses the PHP language as the main language of alumni management service system programming and the advantages and disadvantages of MySQL database system. Also it expounds the reson and advantages which the alumni management service system uses Apache of Linux operating system to complete the publishing services.During the project implementation, it expatites that the principle and method of setting alumni management service system by using PHP programming language and MySQL database, the program design idea has been given. During the process of database design, the design theory of relational database comes out and the priciple and method are explained in detail. It describes the theory and practical implementation of back management procedure combining programming method and database design.In the release process of alumni management service system, it discusses the basic settings of Linux operating system and the virtual monitor method and the setting of Apache server which adapts to this system and analyzes the security issues of Apache server and gives the corresponding solution. Upon the database design and implementation, the thesis gives a general method of MySQL database and brings forward the management program, compiles the application program automatic data backup into the system.In the thesis, the following tasks are being completed:1. It puts forward that the overall program of Technology and Business University of Beijing alumni management and service system as well as the feasible analysis of the project.2. It proposes that scheme design of back mangement program and database and ensure that the back adopts PHP scripting language to compile and the dual permission model of multi-user and multi-threaded MySQL database.3. Based on the technical characteristics of PHP and MySQL,it compiles the back management program of multi-user and multi-interface, users'management program,information auditing program, file uploading program and alumni management and service system applicaton program and gives the amendments through the practical application . It will be adopted after the modification, application and stability testing.4. Under the technical requirements of PHP scripting language and MySQL database, the Apache website publishing server will be set up in order to reduce the project construction cost.From the point of view, which is the development and practical application result of Technology and Business University of Beijing alumni management and service system, it promotes the informationization construction and exchange and has a extensive implicaton in the future and achieves the objective of the network and information technology service for the universities'development. The related technology research will also provide a solid theoretical basis and practical experience for the further development of alumni management and service system in the universties.and it will have the profound influence in the later use and promotion for the high vocational college of the Jilin Province.
