| Alumni resources are an important resource that can be utilized in the development of college;it can provide multi aspects of integrated contribution for school.Many alumni want to keep touch with their college,some of ones prefer to through some ways to pay back college.Due to the lack of communication platform for alumni to alumni,alumni to alma mater,which affects communication and school alumni.In order to effectively address these problems,this paper constructs an alumni and information management system for alumni interaction and communication between school and alumni,it is a convenient and fast platform communication.First,we detailed introduce relevant knowledge about development environment,development tools,B/S structure,ADO.NET data access technology,SQL Server database technology and other related technologies,and we analysis the alumni information management system of technical feasibility and economic viability in detail.Secondly,this paper makes use of the activity diagram to describe alumni super users and business users,and bring about a statement of the business system in detail.According to alumni users case diagram and super users case diagram to create the system mode requirements,and model the system process on the basis of system data flow.From those aspects of alumni basic information management,basic information maintenance,alumni search,message boards and permissions etc.The demand of the alumni information management system are analyzed in detail,and the system of the basic functions in information management,information maintenance function,search function,message boards and permissions function and so on are introduced in brief.Then this paper elaborate the function of the system architecture,including basic information module,browsing information module,alumni communication module,user management module,data maintenance module,help module and exit module.The properties of system planning entities such as alumni,college of information,professional information,class information and message boards are analyzed in detail,and through foreign key to establish the relationship between these entities.The paper introduce the division of functions of this system in detail,and designed and implemented those module including user login,alumni registration,the system main interface,the basic information,information browsing,alumni communication,statistical query and user management etc.Planning and implementation the functions of basic information,information browsing and alumni communication in uniform,and we adopt the technology of module overloading to improve the module code reuse.Thirdly,this system was introduced in detail from the aspects of hardware and software of the test environment,and in view of system login,basic information,information browsing,alumni communication management,user management,data maintenance,statistical query and report printing,etc.design test cases.Finally,in order to test the performance of the system,this paper set the number of users to 50,500 and 5000 respectively to query statistics system testing.The test results show that the anticipative effect. |
