Design And Implementation Of The Alumni Service System

Alumni resources are unique and irreplaceable for colleges and universities and have become more and more abundant with the continuous development of the Alma Mater.Alumni,with a year-by-year increasing amount,distribute in various professions and industries.Due to the large amount and deep emotional connection with their Alma Mater,alumni have become an important bridge between an university and the society.Rational development and utilization of alumni resources may significantly benefit the teaching reform,space expansion as well as innovation and entrepreneurship of colleges and universities.However,the action of alumni resources on the development and cultural inheritance of the Alma Mater is potential,which makes colleges and universities to more proactively develop and utilize alumni sources,continuously provide high-quality services for alumni,and construct a suitable platform,namely a information platform of alumni service,for the close contact between alumni and the Alma Mater.In this paper,aiming at the value exporation of alumni resources,an alumni service management system,which comprehensively integrates the technologies of SSH framework,Oralce database and management information system based on B/S Architecture Model,is constructed by sorting out user's needs in terms of alumni community,alumni service network,WeChat alumni and alumni comprehensive management system.In the investigation,first,the importance and necessity of an alumni service system in perfecting alumni service function and improving alumni service quality are analyzed,the status of the alumni information management system at home and abroad is summarized,and the commonly used system architecture as well as the technologies applied to the alumni service system is introduced.Then,by sorting out users' needs of alumni community,alumni service network,WeChat alumni and alumni comprehensive management system,an all-around and multi-dimension analysis of the alumni management requirement scenario is carried out,based on which the overall architecture,subsystem division and PD details are designed.Thus,a systematical design of the system with specific functions is performed from architecture,subsystem,component to data model.Finally,the developed system is tested from such aspects as UIUE,function,security and performance,and the system is optimized to meet the requirements of final usage.
