The greatest advantage of the power-line network is that it covers a very wide range. Various buildings have power line access. Different from the common internet, the PLC(Power-line communication)is not a long-distance correspondence, but the"last mile"communication access. The thesis presents the thought of Bluetooth low power line modem. It combines bluetooth, embeded system, and Internet technology, and this modem is regarded as a nod in the low power line, and can communicates with the terminal equipment with bluetooth through the bluetooth module embeded in the modem. Because this modem is designed to utilize the low power line coverd most widely in China, the built measure & control system with high performance price ratio has wide application foreground.On the basis of analyzing powerline communication, the modulation based on FSK is chosen according to the goal and cost. In addition, the technical solutions and implementation of wireless PLC modem based on Bluetooth are seriously researched, and the task of transmission which the wireless datas based on Bluetooth interface to the low PLC network is achieved. the research and realization of this modem is based on FSK modulation and Bluetooth, including microprocessor choose, the build of embeded system, the design of conversion of TCP/IP based on uC/OS-II and PLC, the design of conversion of bluetooth and PLC, and the application program design based on uC/OS-II.
