Design And Realization Of Power Line Modem With Function Of Protocol Conversion

With the wide application of Internet technology in the educational field, collaboratory is becoming the hot issue in educational circle. But the popularization of the collaboratory is limited by a great deal of factors, for example most of the existing experimental facilities adopt tradition, which does not have intact protocol, resulting in the relatively bad dependability while transmitting remotely. And also because the serial interface of communication is unable to access network through IP, controlling on the network cannot be realized. At the same time, because of the lack of purchase funds, the outdated equipment cannot be phased out, and this greatly hinders the popularization of collaboratoryGiven the above backgrounds, the thesis has put forward an economic, practical, and high-efficient solution of collaboratory mediated by a kind of communication technology of the power line. The full text includes four parts. The first part briefly introduced the research background, subject source and significance of the research. The second part introduced relevant concept of collaboratory, power line communication technology, and power line network unit, etc. as well as the latest research progress both at home and abroad. Finally, the thesis introduced the basic theories correlated with the subject, focusing mainly on the theory of constructivism and collaboratory theory. The third part puts forward the solution, which explained this principle of the scheme, technological route and implementation method of the software and hardware in detail. The result of test of this system was also provided at the end of this part. And finally, some limitations and suggestions were proposed in the fourth part according to the results of the research.
