The global publishing economy today has entered a new era of brand competition from the competition of commodity and capital. As the book market comes to maturity and technology is widely used, it is brand that enterprises mostly rely on. With the intense competition more and more, the book market will be opened and freely day by day. Therefore it needs higher request to publishing houses.Although so many publishing companies realized the significance of the topic-design, under the pressures, they still have no good accumulations in topic-design. It's difficult to them to break the old frame so that a great deal of topic-designs imitated each other.Volumes Publishing Company gradually feels the crisis in cooperation with the private culture company. If just be satisfied with the current cooperation, it will be losing its value and significance sooner or later. Therefore, how to study the private publishing industry experience, the topic-designs method and the market operation mode to make itself independence be come true is becoming the most important issue for Volumes Publishing Company.By the case study method and from the analysis and comparison of planning book topics between the Volumes Publishing Company and the Wanrong Book Development Co.
