In recent years, information construction has been rapidly progressed in China, more and more enterprises have recognized the health of information systems run is an important guarantee for commercial success. However, some problems arise, includes: increasingly large scale enterprise networks, hundreds of server and client, network equipment failure is difficult to locate where the problem lies; More and more system functions have their own decentralized management system exists, makes you difficult to control the overall operation of the system status. How to help enterprises to enhance their work efficiency, network equipment and application systems to achieve a unified centralized management become particularly urgent problem. Therefore, operation and management of IT to carry out exploration and research of great significance. In this paper, the author analyzes and compares with similar products under the context of the market demand, and extracts suitable for the system's functional requirements, and analyzes and collates these. Then the author gives the overall description for architecture of the system with the technical architecture diagram, and detailed design from the perspective of the module features. Articles of interest to the user interface made a more detailed design and description. The basic coverage required by the demand function operation. The system in strict accordance with the analysis of software engineering design methods to achieve, and using B/S architecture, specific technologies include: ASP, JavaScript, XML, Windows Services and COM component. This system is also involved in several key technologies have been analyzed and gives the solution. Finally, the author made a summary for this work and for later versions of the system as a prospect.
