With the deepening of reform and restructuring in the Jiangsu State Farms Group, the management of land reclamation enterprises have also become increasingly complex.Traditional management approach is very difficult to adapt to the requirements of an integrated farm management, as a result, implementing of a farm management needs a modern office management information system, and Dong Xin farms can improve the efficiency of the staff, Improve farm and its subsidiary, and the market competitiveness of enterprises .The system is for the requirement of Dongxin farm. and uses ASP.NET technology and SQL SERVER 2005 database management system as a tool for development. This system has the simple and beautiful interface, flexible and practical user requirements. The functions of this system include development process for approval, file transfer, work logs, summing up the work, schedule and e-mail and other functions.This paper describes the development of the background, development process, and highlighted the development and design ideas, technical problems and solutions involving database design and normalization techniques for in-depth analysis and detailed discussion. This thesis also summarizes the system in use and the problems encountered in the implementation process in the Web environment, and the further work.
