With the rapid development of our national economy in industrial fields, the application of rotating machinery is increasing rapidly,.To guarantee the machines operate safely and economically is becoming an important issue,which should be faced and handled by corporations.Plant momitoring and diagnosis has developed quickly in recent years,it has effectively ,which has effectively ensured the stably running of the plant,and will play a more and more important role in the plant predictive maintenance.A new intelligent plant monitoring system is developed to meet the demands of plant Pump Groups monitoring and diagnosis in petroleum and chemical enterprises.Compared with other fieldbus and RS485 bus, CAN bus has its own advantage, its protocal is also introduced.The system is composed of CAN intelligent vibration sensors and data acquisition and control board. CAN intelligent vibration sensor can get the vibration signal, which is processed by the signal conditioning module and connected to the microprocessor module.The data handled by the microprocessor is transitted via the CAN bus. The data acquisition and control board can obtain and process the datas from the CAN bus and control the CAN intelligent vibration sensors.Comprehensive analysis is given for the harware design of CAN intelligent vibration sensors and data acquisition and control board.The CAN intelligent vibration sensor is involved in the sensor,signal conditioning module,microprocessor and communication module and power module, frequency and linearity testing; the data acquisition and control board is involved in ARM microprocessor and the Ethernets Touch display screen,keyboard ,and so on, also hardware testing .
