Study And Design Of Integrated RFID Reader Based On MF RC500

As the people's living standard has been greatly increased,food safety plays an extremely important role.Fresh food has the time limit of fresh-keeping,so the fresh-keeping logistics are especially important.In this paper,integrated RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID) reader has been designed based on the MF RC500.This reader integrates the sensors of temperature,humidity and oxygen density.It will record, monitor and improve the food preservative environment in the entire logistics which unifies the GPS positioning and GSM wireless communication.When the food can not be maintained fresh,it will carry on prompt processing and retail to keep the food safety and the rational utilization of resources.The signal measurement mainly refers to the index collection of food storage environment,1-Wire sensor DS18B20,HSU-07 and O2-A2 are separately used to measure temperature,humidity and oxygen density of the food storage environment.The signal measurement has also carried on the design of small volume,low-power consumption and anti-interference.It mainly consists of the power design,parts selection,real-time clock design,circuit design and so on.In the GPS positioning and GSM wireless communication monitoring part,the useful degree of longitudes and latitudes are extracted by the GPS positioning information received by GM-82 module.Then through Q2403A module,the degree of longitudes and latitudes was sent to the monitoring center as GSM short messages.At the same time,the reader also can accept the search and control from the monitoring center by short messages.In the software and hardware design part,using MF RC500 as the core,the peripheral circuits,antenna and matching circuits is designed.The reading distance can possiblely reach 6cm by the tuning and optimization of the antenna.In the software design,the initialization control of MF RC500 by MCU,the communication of MF RC500 and Mifare IC S50 card is realized.The S50 card's memory space is redistributed,which can make the recording data reach 168.
