Distillation technology has played an important role in the modern chemical industry, mean while the computer simulation technology for the chemical equipment and chemical process has become a very important device for the developing and ameliorating of the chemical industry. The chemical equipment computer simulation and control strategy based on it have been recognized by people increasingly. In this paper, distillation simulation as the problem carrier, mathematical calculation software as the tool platform, tower of benzene and its control strategy for dynamic process have been simulated , also software development and utilization of distillation detailed study has been made, meanwhile, process of distillation and human-computer interaction have been studied.. The main research works are as follows:(1). First of all, based on the analysis of the mathematical model of the benzene distillation tower, in the MATLAB environment and the solve conditions, also other constraints the algorithm has been analyzed and a suitable program for the computing process has been made, and then solve the model by the algorithm established. Mean while used the chemical software professional ASPEN PLUS to simulate the model of benzene tower, and used three different methods of computing the physical properties which included two recommended methods by the User's Guide ASPEN and one method not. Finally, the results of each algorithm has been analyzed and compared to provide an improved self-programming basis for the future. The results show that the model established in this paper could do a good job for the characteristics of the equipment studied.(2). Interactive simulation process has been designed for the mathematical model of the benzene distillation tower. Introduced the model program interface compiler design and production process in detail, as well as run the algorithm in the target computer installed the operation and made a more detailed analysis and comparison. Based on the work above, the theoretical knowledge and practical application has been linked in this article. The results show that the interactive process which has been compiled has a good performance for the application.(3). Advanced control methods have been studied for the mathematical model of the benzene distillation tower. use the benzene tower model established in the chapter 2 as the object model, and establish a SISO model which use the flow of feed as the input and the benzene concentration at the top outputs as the predictive model, study the control effect between the flow of feed and the benzene concentration in the top of the benzene tower based on the fuzzy predictive control. The results show that the fuzzy predictive control strategy does a good job in the control of the flow of the feed.Finalily, the conclusion and perspective are given in the end of the thesis.
