Abstract/Summary:
The arrival of the knowledge-based economy makes possession of knowledge and innovation become an important standard to regional economy and enterprise development. Through the organization of effective training, employees engaged in their jobs to obtain the necessary knowledge and skills, to fully exploit and enhance human capital, which become the most important element. Information technology, communications technology has brought a change in the approach to learning, networking and the rapid development of multimedia technology to enable the construction of large and medium-sized enterprise training management system to become possible. Many enterprises and research institutions try the application of information technology development with the enterprise training management information system to improve training quality and efficiency, at the same time, provide their employees with convenient e-learning environment, enhance staffs positive attitude in learning. Enterprise training management information system using computer network technology, database technology and multimedia technology, the realization of the enterprise knowledge resources centralized management, enterprise training for the technical support of business processes and be able to send real-time video, audio, PowerPoint software, pictures, etc. multimedia data, in creating a local area network can be interactive, scenario real learning environment. In recent years, with the development of computer software industry, software development framework underwent a wide range of applications and styles, and the Struts-based MVC framework is one of the most famous one. It uses the View layer, control layer, the module separation technology, so that programmers can develop faster and better browser-client applications. This paper describes the enterprise training management information system for research, analysis, design, implementation and testing of the whole process, and embodies the OOA / OOD, UML, GRASP, MVC, struts and many other methods or technologies in the system design and development process of the specific application .This article introduced system design background, training of domestic and foreign enterprises management system application status analysis and research;Demand analysis is introduced in the first part of the analysis and also inculded description of the system's problem domain, through the training of enterprise business model analysis of the system development and design of the main objectives and in the information systems and staff training to learn the key processes, thus the application of object-oriented analytical methods of rendering the system use case diagram, a systematic analysis of functional needs and non-functional requirements; In a summary of the design part of the system, It mainly includes the basic principles of design, planning of the system logical structure and physical structure of the system function structure of the decomposition and a detailed description. In the detailed design of the application of object-oriented design methods, the use of UML mapping system module static model and dynamic model; in the static model of the design process embodies the principles and methods of GRASP in the system design process specific applications; ER model of the application of the database design. In the realization and testing of the system part of the overall realization of the "choice of subjects" as an example, introduced a concrete realization of module and demonstrated the struts-MVC framework in the system of specific applications, and gave a briefing on enterprise training management information system the test. Finally, the paper introduced the application of the system and the current system deficiencies.
