Design And Implementation Of Medicine Management Information Sub-system For Hospitals Of Gaomi City

With the rapid development of the Computer Science Technology, and the high demand of the scientific and rational management to the hospital, it is imperative under the situation that we should use the computer to implement the hospital information management. The construction of Hospital Information System is a particularly important part. In this paper, taking Gaomi People's Hospital as an example, I've designed the drug management system which is the subsystem of the county-level hospital management system and implemented its functions. The design and implementation of this system not only standardize the management level of hospital, but also fill the scientific gaps in the drug management system of the hospitals in our city. This system also makes the drug management system of our city step to a new stage of modern management.It is an article about design development which combines with practical hospital information system. First, it analyzes the background of this system development and the current growth situation in management information system at home and abroad. It also describes the main problems that the system needs to solve. Second, it describes the overall situation in general and requirement analysis as well as architecture design of the system in detail. Based on this, the article also details the functions and effects of the part of pharmaceutical management in the hospital information system, and focuses on analyzing the characteristics of each module in the part. From the shallower to the deeper, the article gives the design of outpatient pharmacy management module, which includes the system function design and database form design. Finally, the system also develops a comprehensive security strategy successfully and achieves it. And in the end of this article, a detailed analysis and exposition are taken to the role-based access control (RBAC) in the system implementation.The system uses POWERBUILDER as the development language and SQL SERVER as database technology platform. Through the combination of RUP mode and the traditional waterfall mode, UML and structured document standards, it designs and implements the system. It also carries out the scientific layout from the drug purchaser's making the purchase plan to the using of the drug, including decision of the plan, storage, a library, allocation, inventory, checkout, payment, loss, etc, which standardizes the business processes and improves the work efficiency. It makes sure the use of the drugs normally. And it also improves the hospital management level.
