The Detector Of Infrared Remote Controller

The Detector of Infrared remote Controller is mainly used to receive various infrared remote control signals examination through comparing the received infrared remote controller button codes with the existing correct code. Therefore it can control the corresponding equipment through judging if the output of controller is correct or not.This paper describes the design process of a new kind of infrared remote controller which has better capability such as universal, compatible and good man-machine conversation interface, etc. First of all , design the hardware circuit and software of MCU to realize incepting of infrared code according to various data. And then transmit the infrared code to the host computer via USB serial port. Next, host computer decode the received infrared code using some related algorithm. Finally, realize the detectation though comparing the received infrared remote controller button codes with the existing correct code using good man-machine conversation interface. The design of the whole system was finished based on the deeply analysis of coding method, the structure of code type, transmission theory, single-chip applications and USB/single-chip serial data communications. The hypogyny machine can complete the various infrared code receipt and data transmission, and the compress algorithm of epigyny machine can decode many kinds of infrared code. The system resolve the compatibility of difference remote controller. This system can be used directly in the real product lines and improve the work efficiency.Experiments show the system works well. Thus providing a new kind of detect system of infrared remote controller in product lines.
