| The Detector of Infra-red remote Controller is mainly used to test the function of controller. It can check weather the controller can output normal code to control its corresponding equipment.This paper has describes a new kind of universal,compatible and having good man-machine conversation interface detect system of infrared remote controller. First, according various data to design the hardware circuit and software of MCU to realize incepting of code and transmitting of serial port. Next, design software to decode and compare in PC which have good man-Machine conversation interface. According the coding way , the structure of code and the transmitted waveform of code,I finish the develop of the whole system. The function of MCU includes decoding various of remote controller and transmitting code.The arithmetic of compressing code in PC can decode various code. The system resolve the compatibility of difference remote controller. The system meets the efficiency in product lines of remote controller.Experiments shows the system works well. Thus giving a new kind of detect system of infrared remote controller to factories in product lines. |
