This system's design process has used the object-oriented software engineering development technology. From the requirements elicitation, analysis, the system design to realize finally, uses the project technology thought fully the superiority, through the modeling solve system's complexity, uses the object-oriented design method to achieve code reuse, and has used Web in the deployment phase the Service three architectures, has realized system's cross platform correspondence as well as the level and the level loose coupling.During the design process, this article uses UML (unification modelling language) for system development modeling and visualization methods of preparation of documentation, guidance and implementation of the system. Through needs analysis, analyse of the current problems and needs, summarizes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements and the use of UML use case diagram, class diagram and sequence of the overall picture shows the system modeling. Part in the system design, analysis of the system design objectives and principles set up a system of overall planning, technical architecture, functional architecture and database design.
