| With the growths of information technology and implementation of "constructing educational informationization project" by Ministry of Education, We have achieved rich harvest in the information-based education field. However, many colleges comparatively lacks excellent teaching and learning resources because of network technology nurtured lately and different modernization in different area in our country. Ministry of Education executed building excellent courses in superior schools to improving the application of modern information technology in teaching, sharing the high quality teaching resources and completely enhancing the quality of teach.This paper is aimed at meeting the needs of teachers and department of teaching management in Anhui Vocational and Technical College, analyzed the development and management of excellent courses state, and proposed the project based on B/S Mode which carried out self-service excellent courses development and management. We have fully considered the practical needs of college, teachers and students during designing the system; worked out Web-application system which integrates development, management, review, skim as well as communication in making excellent courses. Finally, it was used the technology of object-oriented programming language and database therefore, has finished the exploitation of self-service courses and management system and carried out the development of excellent courses as well as shared teaching resources for Anhui Vocational and Technical College in the situation of lacking funds.This research solves the problem that it is difficult for Anhui Vocational and Technical College to develop excellent courses and fully show the effect that the modern information technology plays in the internet teaching; achieves the purpose that is positively using high quality teaching resources; offers an approach for nurturing present-day internet teaching and learning in whole life. |
