With the people's living standards and lifestyle changes, the incidence of cardiovascular disease in China increased significantly. If we can detect changes of the cardiovascular system parameters before we feel uncomfortable,It is significance.Based on the analysis of the modern cardiovascular system detect instrumentation, this paper gives a new cardiovascular system detect instrumentation design, which based on the industrial control computer. This instrumentation consists of two part, hardware and software. The main function of hardware is physiological signal acquire, signal conditioning, signal amplification and A/D transform to get digital signal. The main function of software is displaying, storing, analyzing and printing the acquired data.It also control procedure of the whole system, and turns on or turns off the air supply pump and solenoid valve. The issue is part of the "863" research project, which is researching by the Institute of Biomedical Engineering of Shandong university. This design study and realize the software part of the system. This design has mainly done the following several works.First is to establish the whole design of the system.Including Software design ideas and software develop platform.Second is designing and implementation the whole software framework based on Finite State Machine (FSM).Third is wavelet based physiological signal preprocessing. This part gives an improved wavelet-based physiological signal de-noising algorithm and it is verified by experiments to prove its superior to the traditional algorithm. The last studied ECG signal R point extraction, ECG signal baseline drift removal.
