With the development of social economy, profound changes have taken place in the way of life. Because of the aging population and the process of urbanization, the incidence of cardiovascular disease in China increased significantly. At present, there are some problems, such as trauma, single function, complex equipment and low precision, which are common in the cardiovascular detection technology. Therefore, it is important to study a noninvasive detection system for the prevention and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.Under this background, this paper proposes a new method of noninvasive measurement of cardiovascular parameters based on PPG and ECG signal.Firstly, according to the characteristics of the signal, signals are processed by simple digital filters. An effective measurement based on the time series, is proposed and implemented to solve the problem of effective signal recognition.This method divides time series and uses multiple slopes to show the each sub-section of time series.Judging by the similarities between two paragraphs, it could tell the useful and interference signal. Besides, another measurement based on sliding window is proposed to solve the problem of feature extraction. Experiments show that the method is effective and accurate.Secondly, according to the time-frequency characteristics of the ECG signal, a HRV calculation method without R wave detection is proposed. At the same time, the systolic blood pressure is measured by the pulse signal combined with the classical wave velocity method, and the characteristic K value of the pulse wave is measured with the classical elastic cavity model. In addition, according to the measured heart rate, blood pressure and other parameters, this paper further summarizes the other related cardiovascular parameters calculation method.Finally, the paper focuses on the overall implementation of the cardiovascular detection system, including the hardware circuit design and the software design of the data analysis system. In the aspect of hardware, the paper introduces the ECG module, PPG module and data acquisition module; In the aspect of software, this paper based on the Studio Visual platform, developes a set of data analysis system, including data communication module, waveform display and cardiovascular parameters calculation. At last,the feasibility of the system was verified by comparing the experimental results with the real cardiovascular parameters.
