Vehicle Purchase Tax Of Two-Dimensional Bar Code Reporting System Research And Design

This research topic comes from the tax collecting work for vehicle purchase. The purpose of research is to solve some problems which influence the efficiency of the tax collecting work. In current work, the taxpayer has to fill in a forms including many complicated items by hand. The tax officer inputs the information of declaration by keyboard. But this inputing method is very easy to make mistake. The current work way generated many problems such as enormous amount of work, low efficiency and high rate of mistakejn order to improve accuracy and decrease the work stress, this paper designs an automatic system which uses low cost and mature technique, two-dimensional bar code technology. The system can carry on collecting, delivering, accepting the information of declaration and solve or alleviate the above problems.Base on this research work, this paper explains the application of two-dimensional bar code in the tax collecting work for vehicle purchase, including the description of background data, the introduction of correlative computer technology, business process analysis, data model establishment, system function analysis, frame constitution, function design and realization. In order to explain the function of the system more clearly, the paper uses flow chart, crucial program code, the diagram example to explain the system screenshots etc.
