Power converter is employed in airplane,communication and traffic and so on.With the development of Quasi-resonant technique and high-frequency technique,the full-bridge phase-shifted PWM ZVS converter is applied in low-voltage,high-current converter.Therefore it is necessary to study on it.Firstly,the thesis has expounded the soft-switching technology of PWM DC/DC converter. And then it has based a main circuit topology of phase-shifted control PWM ZVS full-bridge converter, selected the circuit topology of soft switching technology ZVS which is Suitable for this paper, then expounded its basic principles and the realization strategy of ZVS soft-switching.Secondly, the thesis has designed the main circuit topology which we selected, and gave the methods of parameters designing and calculation for main circuit, including the devices selection of input and output bridge rectifier and inverter bridge; further parameters'designing with input rectifying filter circuit, high-frequency transformer and the resonant inductor, output rectifying filter circuit. This article also designs overall framework and the ministries of molecular modules of the circuit,does the functional simulation to the sub-modules.And designs the sampling and driving circuit applied to the circuit.Finally introduces the control core that high-performance digital signal processor TMS320F2812 for the software and hardware design of inverter power source control system.The results show that DC / DC converter have been designed in the thesis can achieve soft-switching, increase efficiency, stable output voltage control,Finally, by adjusting the phase shifter control circuit,It is able to adjust a wide range of DC output, there is a good practical engineering value.Through the research work in this thesis,contribute to the analysis, design, modeling and simulation of soft-switching power supply, laid the foundation for the application.for the expansion of full-bridge phase-shifted soft-switching power supply circuit.
