| The interface which provided by manufacturer is used to develop application program based on switch. The major problem is the complexity of program, moreover the service code and the first floor code are mixed together, so it is difficult to debug and maintain. Therefore, along with the development of technology, people have to face the reality that how to shield the difference of different manufacturers, and how to reduce the complexity of the development of application software. Based on the above issues, the communication gateway was researched and designed. The communication gateway is a set of CTI middleware which controls the call of switch.The CTI technology and call center's development, research and application were introduced. The paper analyzed the necessity to develop CTI middleware, described CTI middleware technology in detail, and analyzed the CSTA protocol which was supported by switch.According to the network infrastructure of the CTI application and CSTA protocol, the logic level of CTI application based on CSTA protocol was given. The paper analyzed the establishment process of the connection/contact between protocol layers. The parse layer was realized with emphasis on the resolution of its codec. The application program interface was provided. The communication gateway's interface was designed used VC to facilitate the application developer to develop and system administrators to manage. In this software, the codec was integrated. Network communication procedure was programmed used TCP protocol to achieve data transmission.This middleware platform provides general API to the service level, controls the switch, and monitors the system. The middleware's construction may simplify later development, improve the working efficiency, and provide guarantee for improving the quality of services. The system is running in the Heilongjiang Science and Technology Museum. The result shows that the system is stable and meets 7×24 hour work requirement. |
