Design And Implementation Of A Rich-Client Contract Management System Based On EXT And AJAX

Information Management System is an information system integrated by computer technology and network communication technology. It enables enterprises to run the data more accurately, timely, comprehensively and in detail, which is in favor of all kinds of information to be further processed. It also makes the integrated management of the enterprise more scientific, rational and normative. Contract management is an indispensable component of the business management, and occupies a very important position in enterprise information system's construction. A perfect contract management is an important sign and the premise of the health operation of an enterprise. Therefore, the goal of this project is to develop a contract management system widely-used in the company's internal network with effective functions and convenient operations. This contract management system is mainly composed by a contract details module. Contract details module also includes contract's basic information, progress, funds, changes, claims, disputes and accessories. Contract details module is the most important component of the contract management system.This contract management system is a rich-client B/S system based on EXT and AJAX technology. It will be used for managing and tracking company's contracts. In accordance with the objectives and characteristics of contract management, the needs and main functions of the contract management system is discussed in detail in this paper. The whole system is designed based on the requirements of simplicity, user-friendly, flexibility, practicality and safety. Then the concrete realization of this system is fully discussed in this paper.The contract management system is a B / S system, adopting AJAX and other rich-client technologies, setting up on the ASP.NET platform, using MY SQL database management system and using ADO.NET database access technology. The frameworks of JavaScript in the front-end and other components use Ext. The coding in the server-side uses C # language. Through testing, the system is able to meet the system's requirements and the project's objectives and each part of the system functions well. The system provides enterprises convenient, effective and practical ways to implement contract management timely and effectively. It helps enterprises manage contracts more normatively and work more effectively.Finally, the paper summarizes the project. Concerning the current research status and problems, the paper points out the further direction of the improvements and the next steps which should be taken.
