Research And Implementation Of OTA Workflow Management

With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and business, Over-The-Air technology (OTA) is developing fast. The applications that supplied by the OTA is increasing. How to manage the production process of the business is becoming a problem.The original methods to contact and exchange data through phone and e-mail have not met the huge number of application development needs. We have an urgent need for a simple and efficient manner to manage the development of business, which is workflow management system.At the beginning, the paper introduces the OTA system briefly, then analyzes and researches the problems met in the development of business. After that, it introduces the concept and application scene of workflow, expounds the advantages and significances of workflow, shows the architecture of workflow management system detailed, and expresses my opinion about the status quo and future development trends of workflow.In order to integrate the OTA and workflow, the paper selects three kinds of workflow engineers to contrast, which are JBoss jBPM, OpenWFE and Enhydra Shark. Then, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three workflow engineers by workflow pattern, and chooses the most appropriate one for OTA system.And then, combines the OTA system and workflow engineer, ensures the requirement, defines the system role, designs system state and conversion process, implements the development of OTA workflow management.At the last, we summarize the OTA workflow management. As a general system, it can not be only applied in OTA system, but also in other projects which need workflow.
