The rapid development of mobile value-added service, increasing complexity of terminal equipment, result in high support costs, low quality of service, loss of income, mobile phones recall and network fluctuations and so on. To solve these problems, DM-mobile terminal management system is introduced to solve the above related issues.On the theoretical basis of technical standards DM1.1.2 and OMA DM1.2, mobile device management platform implemented a series of interactive remote terminal management functions, breaking the previous one-way configuration model, which support new business initiative launch and efficient end-user control with operating cost reduction and better user experience. Proposed four basic functions: firmware updates, configuration management, information collection, lock &load.The article mainly focuses on the expansion of the information collection function. For mobile phone terminals carries a lot of resources, including the text features, entertainment features, global positioning function as well, but all such information will be collected with blindness, also, the resources of the network information will be reused, thus the paper is chosen to handle cases of criminal investigation at the scene of the need for a text editor, the scene image acquisition, as well as the exact geographical location information where the accidents turned up. Collecting and packaging the information is sent to the server side through the wireless remote. The main objective is to make the policemen get the related messages around the accidents directly according to sending down to the devices, let them be in the investigation as soon as possible, at the same time store the records for future reference.The research is mainly focused on the analysis of OMA DM protocol, the method that the agreement is initiated by the server-side to access to cell phone terminal and the information is extracted is regulated in the protocol, and then I decide to improve the one-way transmission model, the function that mobile terminals initiate to transfer the information to the server-side is realized, achieving the interaction between server and clients, and avoid a large number of cell phone information redundancy, server idle situation. DDF document has been amended, DDF tree node will be set to other parameters, including SMS, MMS and GPS, and load it into the client virtual, and display, storage the information in the form of web which is uploaded by mobile terminals.
