Field information investigation is a basic method in geographic research that acquires perceptualcognition, gets first-hand data, verifies the in-house research outcomes. The traditional data acquisitionmethod that based on recording by human hand cannot satisfy the requirement of the times of mobileInternet, cloud computing and big data.The paper proposed a collaborative collection of grassland information based on cloud services and intelligent terminal equipment in order to make up for the deficiency of traditional grassland information collection including the cumbersome process, low efficiency, poor coordination ability of many people..The paper designs a collection system with the ability of cooperative work. Three key technologies, such as multi source spatial service acquisition, data exchange in traffic saving strategy and automatic measurement of vegetation coverage, are focused on key problems. The main research contents are as follows:1) The general structure of the grassland information collection system is designed, and the partition scheme of the system function module is put forward. According to the type of business, the system core business database design is carried out.2) Discussing the method of spatial data service publishing based on cloud server, the loading speed of spatial data is improved by designing multilevel map slices; According to the design scheme of the map slices, a slice positioning method is proposed, which can obtain the image capture of the regional remote sensing image; Through the spatial reference frame transformation, the network data acquisition and the Json data analysis, Realizing the attribute information extraction of the remote sensing data based on the location.3) Analyzing of the fast upload and synchronized technology. Focus on the impact on data upload speed because of not supporting concurrent operation by SQLite database, introducing Java synchronization mechanism, designed the upload concurrent scheme; According to the integrity of the data between multiple terminals, based on cloud and terminal interaction, designed a synchronization scheme for mobile devices. The data upload and synchronization achieved the integration of multi data and make it possible to team work.4) Based on the principle of digital image recognition, proposing the method of calculating vegetation coverage by using digital photo pixel identification. Through designing of multi factors experiment, compared and analysed the measuring accuracy, influencing factors and the conditions of adaptation of the RGB threshold method, HSV discriminant method and RGB discriminant tree.The system can improve the working efficiency of grass investigation that is verified by a grass investigation that used the system using the technologies which are posed in the research. The technologies offer the essentials that the large scale and multi-team work is needed. They also layfoundations for surveying and mapping and the air-ground field verification.
