Research And Implementation Of VPN/Private Line Work Order Auto System

With the recent year's rapid development of China Internet, the broadband network service has been one of the most important sustainable growth approaches for China Telecom, in which ADSL VPN is one of the important researching subjects by Hangzhou Telecom as well as even by China Telecom. The VPN service fulfillment in Hangzhou Telecom has been still resting on manual operations for so long, as a result heavily depends upon the operator's professional accomplishment, with high costs, low fulfillment efficiency and low customer perception.After research and analysis to the status quo of VPN network and service fulfillment procedure of Hangzhou Telecom, an auto configuration solution to the VPN service fulfillment transaction is introduced in this article, based upon the RDBMS and distributed algorithm in PB8.0 and Java, so as to implement the VPN business transaction automation and to mitigate the more and more acute imbalance among human resource, work order and customer response and perception. As the result of collection and analysis of VPN business models, the solution witnesses a VPN WO (Work Order) auto system by the author, which consists of WO prerequisite, WO activation, WO flow control, NE (Network Element) management, SM (system management), CM(configuration management), WO maintenance and exception handling etc. as the primary functional modules. Further more, to guarantee the security and stability of the production system, the system security architecture design is also considered in this SW development based upon the intensive study in this field.
