At present, RFID technology has been not only accepted by more and more people, but also widely used in all industries. More than 400,000 people will stay in the park in the top time. It's very hard to accurately grasp the flow of people without sensitive information-gathering tips. The flow of people will immediately be grasped by the system with the tourists' ticket for admission by use the RFID. The system will provide the guiding voice and subtitles in right language and display the necessary information through the LED which we called 'personalized tour guides' with the first time statistics. So RFID technology is an effective solution of guide accounting and information transportation to Shanghai World Expo exhibition even the whole exhibition industry.This paper is discussing how to build an exhibition information system with language translation, information classification, and multimedia player under the technology of RFID. Based on the current development and situation of the exhibition industry, the exhibition situation is analyzed in this paper and the problem is figured out, the value of building the information system is also cleared. The core function of the RFID technology in the exhibition information system is analyzed for support.Hall of networking information systems architecture, network architecture design, software design, hardware deploy, database structure design, error handling design, interface design, and other aspects were analyzed.Then, I make a discussion of core subsystems of terminal management, player management, group management; the systems management of the terminal control system and multimedia players by analyzing the structure of the whole information system. The discussion will show us how to construct a high-interactive, real-time high and highly automated management information system of exhibition. Finally, the system features and application prospects is on show.
