Communication Power system is the meaning of the devices which supply energy to communication system. Because program-controlled exchange devices use computer, whose digital circuit works very fast and is sensitive to voltage transients and noise, it needs high quality power supply. First, program-controlled exchange devices request low voltage fluctuation, noise voltage and voltage transients. Second, they allow no interruption in power supply system. Because all the information of communication system store in two memory devices, if power supplement interrupt, memory devices will lose the information at the same time and can not be restored. Third, program-controlled exchange devices request good automatically performance of power supply devices, which need to reach the level of few maintenance or even no maintenance.This paper analyzes the reason of the harmonic wave generation in communication device room and the harm of the wave to the communication device. Then it lists some methods to resolve harmonic wave problems. This paper also uses specific methods to resolve the problem of two UPS in practice, and collects data before and after the devices is resolved.Because communication station has many UPS, Rectifier and Inverter air conditioner, they generate too much harmonic wave. Harmonic wave severely affects the quality of Power Supply System, and endangers the relative device in used. At the same time harmonic wave that flows through the power supply system can generate heat and waste electronic power, so we need to improve the harmonic wave of power supply system in communication station.To improve the harmonic wave in machine room, I suggest that the governance combine with Decentralized and Regional, and the management combine with active and passive. It means that we can parallel active filter in front of the AC input screen in UPS and Switching Power Supply system. UPS device uses Closed-loop three-phase three-wire system. Switching Power Supply system uses Closed-loop three-phase four-wire system. After using the method, the pollution of harmonic wave in communication power system will be substantially reduced. We can also use parallel passive filter or focus on governance in other machine rooms. The focus on governance in Low-voltage side of transformer use Closed-loop three-phase four-wire system. At the end of this paper, I analyze and summary the effect of the improvement.
