The Programming Research Of The Express Information Management System Based On The Data Mining Technology

The development of computer,network and database technology,along with the tendency of global economy,has greatly promoted the process of enterprise informationzation . It has become the essential option for enterprises to follow the way of informationzation and build,use the information management system to improve efficiency and gain advantages in the competition.In this thesis,firstly the definition,development and current situation of the express information management system and data mining technology are introduced; the source,my work undertaken and the meaning of the thesis are explained.Secondly, the framework of the Duly Express Company and the characteristics of the business process are analyzed .Using BPR,we establish the standard business process that is suitable for the development of the company and redistrict the department of the company. Furthermore the total system is designed of the system and divided the system into seven modules , namely Express operation,Express information,Express finance,Express decision,Express Website, basic data management and system management.The function of each module is also defined. The tree and the figure of the function are Drawn by using IDEFO,the model and the relations of these modules are described.For improving the decision ability and making the business process more efficient, during the process of programming, we fetched in the data mining technology, First analyzes the paper research background and the data mining technology application present situation of the domestic and foreign express industry,and introduces data mining theory,then unifies the concrete service of Duly Express company,discusses the application of data mining technology in the Express delivery industry and how to using the data mining technology to improve the ability of decision. And programming the Express decision module by using the theory of data mining.Finally, some ideas of the system development are mentioned,and the achievement is concluded, expects the future of the Express information management system. And pointed out The Duly Express Management system is the data mining and the concrete service union. This system causes the Duly Express company delivery service flow more scientific, and lets the superintendent more highly effective to analyze and track the customer, and enhances the express delivery service market competition strength, and enhances the enterprise's economic benefit and the social efficiency.
