The Technology Of Traffic Statistics In Mobile Soft-switching Network

Soft-switching technology has provided the technical transformation and the opportunities of strategy development for telecommunication operators, which is one of the important technical means for the operators to enhance the core competitiveness of them. Now, Soft-switching technology begin to use in the area of access network and motion local network.Firstly, this paper introduces the network technique of Soft-switching. Posteriorly, various arrangement principles, the network elements access,and network management functions of the exchange used in Jiangsu Unicom network management system are discussed in this paper. And then, this paper also recommends the CORBA interface standards system used uniformly in the network management system of China Unicom Corporation.In order to adapt the requirement of separate service region traffic management, JiangSu Unicom Corporation amends the relevant interface documents from CORBA based on own analysis of statistic index of Soft-switching and data of network management, and then, improves the function of aggregate module in existing comprehensive network management system, finally, achieves the function of traffic statistics in separate Soft-switching service regions on a comprehensive network management platform.
