In recently years ,the widespread application of nuclear science and technology has been the subject of much concern as well as nuclear safety issues. Moreover, to ensure the safety of public life and prosperity, it is indispensable to improve the emergency system for nuclear accidents and the environment monitoring system for nuclear radiation, so that the occurrence of nuclear accidents and terrorist incidents as well as the resulting hazards can be prevented.The environment supervisor system for the nuclear radiation based on network is an intelligent continual online supervisor system for uranium mining and metallurgy and nuclear power station which are nuclear industry enterprises and so on. It is equipped with high alert and wide measure wordγenvironment monitoring instrument with high air pressure ionization inspector and aerosol,I monitoring instrument ,radon monitoring instrument ,and weather instrument ,feeling raining instrument ,which makes it getting stronger functions and high abilities. With the data from all kinds of inspecting method .the system can detect the error on time and give an alarm and analysis data .The whole system has sixteen field detecting subsystem and one host system and ten clients. The system transfer the data and the control though the network.This article studied the design of the system as a whole is in reference to national standards for the nuclear industry EJ4328-89 standards and practical applications based on the situation. First of all, on-site monitoring stations as far as possible evenly distributed by azimuth, dominated by the influence of wind direction and consider the region as well as all regions generated by different types of radiation to points. Second, set up data center server in the Control Center Room, the center server receives and storage data of each on-site monitoring stations point and manage on-site monitoring of industrial computer and access to legitimate users to the client. Finally, for the client to access, as long as the existence of the network and at the same time have a legitimate user name and password, the client can access and visit the environmental radiation monitoring system for data center server anytime, anywhere,and receive real-time data servers and data curve dynamic display and intuitive historical data that shows curve. Network is from both wired and wireless components, cable way to achieve through LAN, wireless means to achieve through GPRS. Data transmission means of communication is used to Socket. And with the development of communication technology and 3G wireless communications applications, the environmental radiation monitoring system for wireless networks can be upgraded to TD-SCDMA way.In this article, the software design of environmental radiation monitoring system based on network is described more detail. First of all, through the practical application of the system needed analysis, we identify hidden software design needs to perfect the functions of system software. Secondly, establish goal of software design. which provide on-site monitoring data real-time sampling, and a variety of fault handling, real-time transmission of data and alarm and system maintenance information in real-time transmission of the network function. The software design realized no one at the scene of duty achieve the monitoring of remote maintenance and remote control information, while providing real-time data analysis and processing of information, there must be a corresponding dynamic display. The software design create a maintenance and is conducive to the expansion of the system, and supports access to multiple clients, according to the need the system can be expanded easily upgrade and add new functions. Finally,this articl describes the various functional modules, user interface, communication between the various subsystems interface of the system software according the practical application of a comprehensive needs analysis and the achievement of the objectives more detailed .At the same time, in accordance with the characteristics of the system data processing system and the system clock synchronized is to be designed specificlyThis article discusses in detail the the design of overall environmental radiation monitoring system, taking into account environmental radiation monitoring at home and abroad of some of the advanced experience of a mature technology, and advanced computer and communication technologies are applied to the whole system design. This article descripts in detailed the overall profile of the system and on-site monitoring and the contents and the monitoring requirements of on-site monitoring. This article design the network topology of the monitoring system. And at the same time this article discusses in detail the design principles and processes of on-site monitoring and data center server and client. Combination of national standards, "Ionizing Radiation Protection basic standards and safety of radiation sources" (GB18871-2002), this articl systematic analysis radioactive substances of the manufacturing enterprises of nuclear industry which may produce in process and the impact of radiation on the environment.These are integrated into the system and software developed.In the last, we debugged and tested the whole system in simulating environment and applied in project and have good effect. The system provided support to the environment supervisor system for the nuclear radiation.
