Along with the strategic adjustment of China Mobile, as well as the increasingly fierce market competition, Anhui Mobile Customer Service Center business functions and management model have been adjusted. Customer Service Center is a bridge to contact customers externally and a link to join various departments by flow management internally. Introduce the modern management tools and information management mechanisms, improve the overall level of customer service, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, become particularly urgent.Anhui Mobile Customer Service Center Management and Operation System (CCMOS) come into being. In order to meet changing business needs, CCMOS use component-oriented middleware EOS as the development platform, which combines J2EE system standard, component technology, XML technology and visualization technology perfectly.This Paper focuses on the Quality Management Subsystem in CCMOS. Firstly, this paper introduces the composition of EOS which is the development platform of CCMOS, especially focuses on the XML-based data bus of EOS. And then at the basic of full analysis the shortage of CCMOS 1.0, the overall planning and system objectives of CCMOS 2.0 are proposed. Lastly, the systems analysis, design and implementation of Quality Management Subsystem are present. With the application of object-oriented analysis and design idea, using UML modeling tools, the business processes and functional model of Quality Management Subsystem are analysed; system design is carried out at the basis of needs analysis. System design followed completely component-oriented and hierarchical structure, similar to EOS. The classic MVC three-tier architecture re-refined into the page component layer, showing component layer, business component layer, computing component layer and data component layer, and the detailed design of every layer and database design are presented as a focal point; the implementation of key technologies, as well as the implementation details of every layer is mainly discussed. Some implementation code is also given.This paper studies the application of component-oriented ideal in the field of telecommunication, and fully demonstrates the superiority of component-oriented, visualized development and debugging techniques, which greatly enhance the system reusability and scalability, also adapt to the changing enterprise business needs as well.
