The Design And Implementation Of Material Management System Based On Workflow

In order to advance market competition capability of enterprise, material management, as the basis and the core of enterprise management, requires more efficiency. Therefore, Management on enterprise material be information becomes an irresistible trend. The workflow management technology is a new technology developing rapidly in the computer application area and computer information technology area. Introducing the workflow technology into the material management system can satisfy the needs of the business process.This thesis has done deep researches on workflow technology, and has applied it in a thermal power enterprise's material management system. At first, the thesis introduces the basic concepts of the workflow technology, and then analyses the JBPM workflow technology in detail, introducing the JBPM engine deploying and using methods. And then, with the application of object-oriented analysis and designing idea, with the help of UML modeling tools, the planning management, purchasing management and store management of material management system are analyzed, getting the functional model of material management and the non-functional requirements of the system. On this basis, this thesis elaborates on the analyzing and implementation of the material management through several aspects of the functional architecture, network-topology architecture, running architecture and database architecture. This thesis discussed the implementation of the jurisdiction management, and described implementation technology of workflow process management, mainly including definition of process business, execution of process business, approvation and back of process business, delete of process business and so on.The development and research of material management system refering to this thesis proves the validity of the workflow technology in the development of application systems which focus on business process controls.
