The energy consumed by railway transportation is very huge. Train running energy-saving has the vitai significance.According to the request of the item "locomotive energy saving movement control system", this paper chooses a suitable locomotive traction-computing model to calculate the optimal speed of locomotive in real time and forecasts speed-distance curve of train energy saving movement. This paper has designed microcomputer instruction system which can instruct driver to manipulate locomotive with energy saving mode in ensuring the train runs safely and punctually.This paper has a research on predictiving control theory which applies to forecast the speed of train energy saving movement. The paper has studied the basic mathematical model of train operation and fixed the locomotive traction-computing model in forecasting the speed of train energy saving movement. The study of train energy-saving manipulation strategy provides the theory for the choice of forecast project of the train movement speed. This paper has a research on forecasting the speed of train energy saving movement for SS4 modified locomotive.The core content of this paper is forecasting the speed of train energy saving movement. First, this paper introduces the basic principle and characteristics of predictive control theory which applies to forecast the speed of train energy saving movement. Establishing the model of locomotive energy-saving control, this paper analyses the train-entrance speed and the constant speed operation and utilizes the method that can definite the point of operating mode transition of energy-efficient operation. This paper applices the control algorithm to forecast the speed of train energy saving movement for the typical interval and provides the choice methed of train energy saving manipulation program. The simulation proves the effectiveness of this predictive control algorithm.The paper achieves the purpose of energy-efficient in the conditions of time constraints.At last, this paper analyses the copose and the main function of system. This paper provides the hardware circuit of communication module and the flow chart of the function modules.
