Design And Implementation Of Access Control System Software For Telecommunication Base Station

Now, there are a large number of telecommunications base stations.Their locations are scattered, room's equipment is expensive and most of them are unmanned, so the telecommunication sector needs to reduce the workload and costs of the base stations, to strengthen the base room management, to grasp the access situation of staff and to realize the remote monitoring room. In this paper, the telecommunication sector for the base stations in Sichuan Province needs to develop the access control management system software based on PHS wireless data transmission.By using single-chip integrated application technology, network communications, database and Visual Basic 6.0 programming technology, the telecommunication sector owns wireless communications network of the PHS data transmission.This paper has completed the software development of the access control management system. Firstly, we have analyzed the requirement of monitoring and management system and given the overall design of system. Then, we have studied the PHS SMS AT Command Set, analyzed the data access control system protocol, designed the software of the monitoring center wireless communication module and realized the wireless communication module controller functions such as processing data, encoding message, decoding message and so on. At the same time, we have realized the monitoring center management software functions, such as the staff management, machine management, Intelligent Card permission management, records of collection and storage operations, to remote door and so on. Finally, the software system has finished functional test and test summary.In this paper, PHS-based wireless data transmission access control software has been completed to test the experimental environment, and has entered the field test period. The actual test results show that the system can be a good solution to the base station traditional mechanical room door locks, key management and staff management which is manual registration problems. The workload and costs of the base stations have reduced and achieved a systematic room telecommunication base stations, network, and information management.
