Researches Of Wireless Data Acquisition And Transmission Part On Car Security Information System

With the rapid development of the automobile industry nowadays, family car also increases gradually, correspond to the car and more. Except for the demand of GATA (Guard Against Theft and Alarm) system, the remote controlling and monitoring of car status and parameters is needed as well when car is out of sight.The car security information system combine embedded technology, ARM CPU technology, the GPS (Global Positioning System), GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) .It's important for the design and research of Automotive Safety.The thesis describes the main technologies of car security information system, including GPS and its principle, and Global System for Mobile communication(GSM) and GPRS, and also analyzes position error, it provides a basis for correcting the positioning information.The hardware design is comprised of S3C2410, and the main board connects to a GPRS modem and a GPS modem through two serial ports. The GPS modem is used to get GPS data of the monitored car. The GSM modem is used to send the GPS data to the control center in the form of short messages. The processor is ready to receive the short message command sent by the control center, and then takes actions responding to the command content.The software part introduces the communications protocol of GPS, AT command and the Embedded Real Time Operation system, WinCE and basing the platform, EVC is used to design application procedures. Then, introduces how to transplant WinCE. At last, the application programs are completed, such as GPS data collection, GPRS module data transmission and system detect program. With WinCE, the system will be more real time and reliable.
