Design And Implementation Based On GIS The Directing And Position System For The Temporary Duty Of CAPF

Being on duty is one of three usual works for the Chinese Armed Police Force .It is also the central mission for CAPF. It set super high demand standards for their organizing and directing because of the specialty of the temporary duty. With the development and universal of current Internet technical, which provide unprecedented development opportunity for the information construction of CAPF. Especially with the fusion of the GPS, GIS, network technical, which provide ideal opportunity to built up a directing and position system of the temporary duty for CAPF.Firstly, this dissertation has a deep research on GPS, GIS, the technique of accessing into the mobile wireless and J2EE, according to the actual requirement of the temporary duty for CAPF, bringing forward the whole designing project that based on the GIS of the directing and position system for the temporary duty of CAPF. The system constructs the map service of system with MapXtreme Java Edition 4.8 of MapInfo Corporation, adopts to the mix structure of C/S and B/S and Ajax technique, it designs and implements the directing and position system of the temporary duty for CAPF based on the J2EE, All the developed system played quite strong practical value for the organizing and directing of the temporary duty of CAPF.In view of that the system have higher requirement for its safe standard, it not only isolates with Internet, but also adopts the invitation code, the verification code and the MD5 encryption algorithm. Finally, it previews the directing and position system of the temporary duty of CAPF based on the BD-2 navigation system completely.
