Mobile communication in modern society has become a very important means of communication. Mobile stations are core equipment for mobile communications, to improve mobile communications coverage and communication quality, the city distributed thousands of mobile stations. How to protect these mobile stations to ensure high-quality mobile communications services has become a very important issue. With the advancement of urbanization, area of urban has increased greatly, the maintenance method of one by one investigation is very low efficiency, it don't meet the demand now. so we need to improve the maintenance methods to improve efficiency. To address the problem Mobile Corporation proposes the switch-links optimization system based on MapInfo.Firstly, the MapInfo system's features, product lines and data and file structure has been introduced; then the paper analyzes the close relationship between the drive-test method of switch-links and the Chinese Postman problem, and the close relationship between urban road structure diagram and graph theory, this paper proposes a technical innovation of DT(drive-test) for mobile stations' switch-links. According to the relationship and traffic regulations between mobile stations and urban road system, a digraph model has been presented by this paper, which makes the issue of DT for mobile stations' switch-links become Chinese postman problem. And in this digraph model, by turning the one-way street into a two-way street, the author puts the digraph model from non-euler graph into an euler graph, which will greatly reduce the complexity of researching on the DT issue. The method improves the efficiency of the drive-test and saves cost. Finally, the method of mobile stations' switch-links drive-test based on Chinese Postman problem as a guide, combined with digital map platform MapInfo, the switch-links optimization system realizes DT'program automatically, DT data read and stored, and DT data, statistics and analysis.Switch-links optimization system will greatly improve the use of mobile station maintenance level of automation and information, and address the low efficiency of manual data processing and the weak analysis capabilities.
